Monthly Payments


I was thinking of adding another line to my account and checked on the My Verizon app to see. Obviously I have the ability to add another line, but if I try to purchase the device through Verizon, there is no longer an option for monthly payments. I’m not sure if this is an issue with my account or if I am now ineligible from some reason. I currently have six devices on payment plans with Verizon. Would appreciate a solution or a way to find out why this is the case. Thank you!
