I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I've been trying to pay for another month of the 5g service, but everytime I try to do this the message "You cannot add anymore funds to your account this cycle" keeps coming up, but I only add new funds ONCE every month and it's the same amount each time so it should be working. The card I am using also has more than enough money to pay for it, so please help me fix this. I have also gone to other posts about this and I have tried the links provided, but the results are the same.

Hello, being on top of your account is vital, especially if you are looking to pay your service. How are you attempting to process the payment? What type of service do you have (postpaid/prepaid)?
