I have been using YouMail to block spam calls, but recently I'm getting a lot more spoof spam calls from my local area code and exchange. Since I moved out of the area 8 years ago, I normally let them go to voice mail. Anyway, even though STIR/SHAKEN is supposed to be implemented now by Verizon, the calls have actually increased rather than decreased.
I am wondering if Verizon's paid service is EXCEEDINGLY better than Youmail and if I should switch to it. For those of you using Verizon's robo block, how effective has it been for you? Is it worth it?
