I switched to Verizon about 2 months ago and am on my second billing cycle. I receive email notifications that my bill is ready which is great. However, I am receiving multiple emails all for different accounts all with $0.00 balances due. Last night, I received 67 emails from Verizon notifying my bill was ready for 67 different account numbers all with $0.00 balances. Clearly something is wrong in the system. Have others experienced this? What's the best way to resolve this glitch? Thanks!
