Every time I try to load the My Verizon app, I get the same error message: "Oops, looks like something went wrong." I updated the app and re-downloading it with no suucess. In addition, when viewing My Verison through the website, I get an error message when I try to view my plan or data. I contacted Verizon Customer Support. They said other people had reported this problem, but there was nothing they could do to fix it. They set up a follow-up call for later today. Is anyone else having problems with My Verizon?
