It's very odd that your My Verizon app is not working on your iPhone XR.
I happen to have the iPhone XR, and my app is working.
I understand your device was recently replaced by Apple. Are these Verizon branded iPhones or was it purchased from a third party?
Do you know if you have the VPN (Virtual Private Network) enabled or disabled on your iPhone XR http://spr.ly/6609EFwDL;
If it is on, please turn it off and try the My Verizon app again. Let me know what happens.
I updated to latest version of the app, I am still not able to use the app, this time error is different. Instead of infinite spinning or wheel, I see the error message as soon as I launch the app “ unable to process your request at this time. Please contact customer support by dialing *611”

No, to date, after 10s of app updates, changing to new iPhone XR device, multiple resets. This app from VERIZON doesn’t work. It works On every iPhone version I have in home - X, 8, 6, 7 plus, 11 pro max.
only XR is the issue, I don’t think they ever tested on XR
