I have 4 lines and devices and trying to use the free 5 block number service on My Verizon Blocks. It will only apply it to the device that was purchased thru Verizon and not the unlocked devices. I never had this issue previously. If I try to block a number on a unlocked device I get an error "We are unable to process your request please try again later"

If yes, what happens?
I am using My Verizon Block specific numbers temporarily via the link you provided. I get "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later".
