I've been trying for months to enroll in mobile + home rewards for the $20 monthly discount. However, anytime I go to enroll and upgrade from tier 2 to tier 3, the app errors out and says to try later. This has been going on for months and I am almost $50 behind on discounts. It's quite irritating when a company promises certain benefits, but cannot deliver. I hope someone can help me rectify this issue.
