My Verizon is temporarily unavailable

I transfered my prepiad account to a new postpaid account yesterday afternoon. I can't access My Verizon through the app or online. I can't reach anyone by phone, and the chatbot just tells me that I need to add money to my old prepaid account. This is very frustrating.
