LTE Home Service

I signed up for autopay and paperless billing. Bill doesn't reflect the discount.

Website chat doesn't work, and clicking on the "talk with person" doesn't work, nor show a phone number.

Does anyone have a number for support staff?

800-922-0204 is the number I found under contact us for LTE home.

We definitely want you to receive any discount you are eligible for. Did you sign up for Autopay after your current bill printed?
