Can you please provide more information about your bill? Namely, which plan you have, the number of lines on the account, if you have any device payment agreements or insurance on the lines. Please don't include any personal information when replying.

Abbie3calie4, higher than expected costs don't make my pocket happy. We would be happy to get to the bottom of this and will need a bit of help from you to get there. When reviewing your itemized statement, do you see anything unusual? Have you made any recent changes such as an upgrade, purchase, adding a line? Which plan do you currently have? How many lines are on the account?

How much is your bill? Does this include any past due amount? What plan do you have? How many lines do you have? Are you making monthly payments on any devices on your account? Do you have insurance on any/all of the lines?

With a little more information, we would probably be able to answer your question.
