I am finding more and more fees that are hidden and just charged to me. I don’t like it and most recently i was charged a 70 dollar fee that was not clear from the beginning. And i just have to eat the fee and pay it. I’m not liking it and getting real close to moving my business elsewhere!! I feel like I’m getting taken advantage of

Are you looking at the bill summary or the detailed bill with the charges itemized?

 

Did you change anything on your account recently? Change your phone(s)? Plan? Add lines?

As a consumer myself, I understand your concern about fees. I am even more concerned that there was a $70 fee charged to you. Did you ever get that cleared up? If so, what is it for?

The last thing we want is for you to feel taken advantage of and leave our Wireless Team. I'd like to help make sure that you have a clear understanding of your bill & all charges & fix any errors. How does that sound?
