My contact info changed to restricted then back to my name within 20 minutes of calling my husband

My name always comes up when I call on my husbands iPhone. He has ATT. Yesterday, I called him repeatedly every minute or so for about 10 minutes and every time got a voicemail message after a few rings. I checked his phone call history and saw my calls all had came up as “restricted” except for very last call did finally show my name. 
why did this happen?
