I recently placed on online preorder to upgrade to the iphone 12 pro max. During checkout I applied $100 worth of the device dollars and submitted the order. Everything seemed to be fine until a couple days later I checked my account and saw that my device dollars were removed from my purchase and my invoice was rewritten to charge me full price for the phone.
The device dollars were reversed back in my account and I would like them re-applied to my current order because that will be $100 lost over something I did not permit. My order status is on hold and I have no option to change or cancel anything. Can you help me re apply my device dollars?
