This is very frustrating. I also have called customer service and technical support and still have not been able to resolve the issue. This is extremely frustrating because it appears that this is the only way to update your Verizon up account and so I have now missed two months of perks. I do hope the Verizon team reviews these comments and resolve this issue quickly
We certainly monitor these community forums, and I know that I wouldn't want to miss out on any Verizon Up rewards either. It sounds like you're also having trouble with the My Verizon App not working. What happens when you try to load the My Verizon app? What happens when you check for an update for the My Verizon app?
