I SEE THAT I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO IS NO LONGER RECIEVING A PAPER BILL AND HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR BEING LATE BECAUSE I USE THEM TO PAY MY BILLS. I SUSPECT THAT VERIZON MAY BE INTENTIONALLY STOPPING PAPER BILLING. MINE ARE NOT COMING LATE, THEY ARE NOT COMING AT ALL. VERIZON HAS ALL KINDS OF WAYS OF MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT ON LINE, BUT IF YOU'RE EXPECTING A PAPER BILL AND DON'T RECEIVE ONE YOU'RE GOIGN TO BE LATE. VERIZON SAVES MONEY NOT SENDING PAPER BILLS THEN MAKES MONEY ON LATE CHARGES GENERATED BY NOT SENDING PAPER BILLS.
IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU, PLEASE LIKE THIS. LET'S SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE. MAYBE WE CAN CONTACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BEUREAU OR THE FCC OR CONGRESS AND MAKE VERIZON REFUND THE LATE CHARGES!!!

There are other threads regarding notifications sent out alerting customers of a move to paper-free billing. You need to log into your account and ensure the paper-free billing option is turned off.
Are you sure it's a verizon problem and not your local mail service? I know a few friends who pay bills by check for other services and bills are coming late because of mail service, gas bill, car payment, etc. Maybe mark on your calendar when the bill is due and if it doesn't come you can hop online and pay it in time.
