Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Navigating the Verizon Mobile device website is exasperating

Verizon: Paying your bill online is easy

Me: looking like a dog chasing its tail

Click on their links for bill explanations and you end up back where you started with nothing getting accomplished.

I have never been able to pay my bill online, which I prefer. I can only do it on my phone through their app.

When I enter all my payment information the button to make payment stays grayed out and nothing I change will make it clickable. Verizon has no solution for this issue. I have called them several times about it.
