So Verizon promised a rebate if I came over from a previous provider. Just needed to submit a final bill and they would give me my rebate. The problem is that they did not give me the full rebate, and are now denying my claim. I'm at my wits end with this company. It is virtually impossible to reach a human who can solve the issue. Can anyone help? Regretting my switch every single day.
