Thank you Verizon, for all of your not help. All I need to do is report to you the death of my mother so her account can be handled. Her line needs to be closed, and my 16-year-old sister's line needs to be transferred or closed. I tried calling. It kicks me off the line even after being told that I am on hold to speak to someone. I tried chatting. It sends me the link to handle the transfer and/or cancellation. I do not know what I need to do about a transfer of my sister's line yet, but I know I need to cancel my mother's line. Guess where it sends me? The same phone number that kicks me off every time I try to initiate the process. If I try to set a callback, I can only select my mother's number to call and not my own. What an endless cycle of getting absolutely nothing done. If a support representative sees this, please provide me a way to make some direct contact with a human being.
