Having trouble with the customer service reps and a manager when I call in. I REALLY need to talk to someone that will LISTEN TO ME at Verizon! I ported my numbers to Straight Talk last month and now they are trying to bill me for December.  All of my numbers were ported before December 2nd and the bill was due on the 8th. I was told by a rep BEFORE switching my service that I was all paid up and that my bills were for a MONTH IN ADVANCE. Now, though, the reps are saying that I'm behind on my bill and OWE. They're telling me that my bills are NOT a month ahead, but a month behind. I KNOW that's not true.  I do NOT feel I should have to pay the $203.15 charge that they are saying that I owe. I've never been late on my bill with them. NEVER. I even called to cover my butt and find out how to go about it, only to be SCREWED by Verizon. I'm VERY upset about how they've handled this whole situation. They told me today that there's no way I'm going to win this and that I might as well pay it. They didn't listen to me AT ALL and I spoke with 4 different people. Ridiculous! PLEASE HELP!!!

As soon as you find someone that helps you you let me know.. Please.. I have no clue what happened to Verizon but they used to be amazing.. I've had more than the run around in the last 7 months they could last my whole family a lifetime.. No one says the same thing that the person before them says.. My account is so messed up its not even funny... And no one really cares whatsoever.... My phone bill is over $500 a month for 3 phones... I didn't mind paying that because I didn't have any problems but now that's all I have... And when you call in the person you're talking to is just reading whaever the personbeforethen decidedto type.. .  I have been lied to straight up lie too...  I've talked so much in circles,  with Verizon , I could puke coat hangers.. I had my equipment stolen by Verizon. Yes. Doesn'tmatter how you slice it, nor word it. You stole it. ..  What is going on with Verizon... So if you find out and find someone that actually listens and can actually do something,  please let me know. .. please.. In the last 7 months everyone I've spoken to I wouldn't trust with A potato... little alone a phone..    And before someone pops off and says they're all ears or they know this or they do that. You don't know.. You don't know what I've been doing last 7 months.. If you read what's on the screen from somebody else trust me it's twisted.. That's the 1st way to tell if someone really doesn't know what they are doing and really dont care.  is when they start talking about what they can do what they can't do before they listen .. you need to listen ..
