How do you speak to a manager with Verizon? I’m very unhappy with them. I changed my number and asked if it would change my account the rep assured me nothing would happen on my account. It made me lose my BOGO!! I called in to have it fixed the rep said we would get it taken care of. He said he would call me back and never did! Called back and the agent just kept repeating why it happened. I told her I understood why, and wanted it fixed because I asked if anything would change. They assured me it wouldn’t. I asked to speak to manger and she said she couldt do that! I need to talk to someone to get this fixed!!!!
