I have had a ticket open for two days with no response. I have been on hold for two hours. I've been waiting for a virtual agent for an hour and half. This is absolutely ridiculous.
My Verizon account comes with Apple Music. My Apple ID was recently hacked and Apple had to deactivate the account. I now have a new account, but when I try to use Apple Music I am told that the subscription is already in use with a different Apple ID (but that Apple ID no longer exists). I need to update my subscription to use my new Apple ID.
Please help me with this.
