Hi, I disconnected my service and was told that Verizon would mail me a shipping kit so I could return the 5G modem. I never received this kit and multiple conversations with Customer Support have told me either Verizon doesn't send out return kits, Verizon cannot send out a kit because my account is now disconnected, or that I can pay for my own shipping back to Verizon without any address or department to send it to.
I even took my modem and hardware to the Verizon store and they did not accept it.
Verizon is threatening to charge me $720 for not returning my hardware, but they are refusing to accept it. Should I sue Verizon in Small Claims Court for breach of contract and fraud?
