I recently replaced my old Wifi Only iPad with a Cell one through Verizon that I purchased through Best Buy. I already had an Apple Watch on my account, so i was used to having secondary devices.
I put in the SIM card when I got home (06/17) and it set up. The Cell signal on my iPad actived without an issue. I was using it, but then realized I wanted to get logged into my account to look at my new Billing information and payment details. I tried to open the application on my new iPad and it is prompting that it is already linked to an account owner, but I can register as an ‘Account Member’. I tried to just enter my current info since it doesn’t let me “Sign in” but the application doesn’t allow this. I then got logged in through my web browser and saw it says “Non Registered”. Originally my Apple Watch was just like the iPhone and it was fine. I tried to open a Chat to see if this could be resolved, they then changed the status on my Apple Watch to non Registered as well. How can I be able to use the Verizon App on my new iPad with my own account Owner information (since I own all 3 devices that no one else would be using). The app is much easier since I don’t have to manually login and verify myself everytime i want to look at my account details and is much easier to use than just the browser?
The Chat specialist suggested I uninstall and reinstall the application, which i did, but still getting the same screens.
