New Unlimited Plan $30/line (4 lines min.), I've been with VZ 15+ years, I pay $45/line (2 lines) - this is wrong.

Subject says it all.

In fact, my plan for 2 lines is NOT Unlimited and I still pay more than the new Unlimited (4 lines) for $30 per line.

The same plan for our household (2 lines) is $80 per line, not $30.

There is a crime I'm sure when a company charges Customer A $30/mo and Customer B $80/mo for the same exact service.

No different on other carriers.  The more lines you have on a plan the cheaper.
