Wypam, cost is a big factor for me as well. What plan do you move too?

When I 1st looked at the new Verizon plan, I was going to be able to get an additional 2GB of data for the same monthly cost. Then I noticed the line access fees. Currently I'm paying $40/line with a $25 credit/line, so $15/line. With the new plan, apparently the credit goes away and I'd be paying $20/line so for 4 lines, my bill goes up $20/month. Very sneaky Verizon.
Same here - took screenshots of my online chat promising $1.42 savings for twice the data (sounded too good to be true). Our family plan went up by $20, though there was a $20 credit applied. Super sketchy. I talked to another representative today who said David was "incorrect" and who put me back on our smaller-data plan. None of this helped me with my original problem, of course, which is that Verizon service is terrible in parts of Chicago which means I can't use my cellphone reliably for 75% of my time.
