I bought a phone from loal vz store in SEPT 2019 AND paid in full at the time
I noticed a few weeks ago that I am being charged about 5$ a month for the phone on my billl
although I paid for it in full when I bought it
the shop guy said it was no charge as they would be not letting me use tht phone I had after Jan 2 2020
so I thought Iwould get it earlier as it was no charge.
Now I am late on my bill but do not want to pay it as they are overcharging me
I chatted with a vz person for almost 2 hours a week ago or so, and was told my bill for the phone was paid off and would see that on my bill.
I trioed to talk longer but the guy just disappeared
I waited for almost an hour asking himif he was still there but no answer
Veriz0n please take off my bill the "agreement" that I pay a monthly payment for a phone THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR!
