Switched to the 5G get more - excited about included features - bummer, can’t use any of them! So frustrating to pay a premium price but don’t get premium service. What’s happening here Verizon? #5ggetless? Chat can’t help, hotline don’t know what to do - anyone any idea why I can’t activate Apple Music included? Any one an idea why I can’t turn maximum video streaming quality on?
