Is there a way to view usage like it was before? I guess you guys updated and left out some important parts of this feature. First one is all details about the text. What number it was from and time. Second is the ability to put a nickname to a number. Are you planning on addressing these errors or is there a way to view them like we used to that I’m missing?
Doug1991, we want you to continue to enjoy utilizing your My Verizon access to monitor and maintain your account. You will be able to review your usage details by following the steps provided from this link https://vz.to/2Jx4qLw. Additionally, you will still be able to put a Nickname on each of your devices. No clearly that is incorrect and I find the most Verizon folks are clueless on this website. That does not fix the problem that they nor myself and a multitude of others have. we are not wanting to name our devices. Its in our call and text logs. you all changed it and its maddening that it does not work right. Seems IT people are clueless.

We want to make sure we are on the same page. At this time our website is being updated. The website and application layout can vary depending on your plan and features. Were you able to view your usage? Are you using the My Verizon application or our website?

I can view the usage in a very limited way. I don’t mind you guys refreshing your website. Just don’t take away features I’m used to. Still can’t put nicknames or see times sent
The old view which show date, time, Origin number, Destination number, And if the number was nicknamed it was show the nickname. The current view shows date and the phone number if it's an Out going call or text. The time, the number (if it was incoming it shows your own number as opposed to who sent it) & the previously set nicknames are no longer available for viewing. Please change it back!
