New interface is awful

 You can't see call and text nicknames anymore. I can’t see any photo or mms msg logs. They have eliminated functionality. Please go back to old style!

Hello, we appreciate any feedback we can get. Software updates are released by the manufacturer. I would recommend contacting your device's manufacturer about the Software Update changes.

The new format is the Verizon Website, not the phones.

To be fair, I thought she was talking about her phone also. I only use the Verizon app and I've had no issues at all.
