So....im getting nervous about my purchasing a Nexus 6. I was planning on making my purchase of the Nexus 6 vis the Google Store. I currently have the HTC One M8 that has the Nano Sim card and thought I could take it out of that and move it into the Nexus 6. Can anyone confirm that for me or will I also have issues or is it a hit and miss issue?
So its as simple as buying it from Google Play and the moving the sim from HTC to NExus , turn it on and BAM, setup will appear and work with no issue(s)? Thanks again!
Hey Tidbits.....hope you can assist again. So i have been reading many posts about the Nexus 6 fro Google Play Store and using it on Verizon. I see where folks are not getting the discount as it shows up as a non-xxx device. Is this for new customers and/or existing customers? I don't feel like having all the hassle, as my goal is to move to Google Fi shortly. With that, my 4 lines will be coming due (a few months apart) and im the first one that is due for an upgrade, but DO NOT want to get into another 2 year commitment, but I also want my entitled discount for not being on contract. Anyone's feedback is appreciated.
Yes, people have been reporting you will not get the month to month discount if this phone is activated on an out of contract line. If you want to ensure you will get the month to month discount, do not activate this phone on an out of contract line.
I guess i have no option then. If i do the 2 year contract, then it reverts to the $40 so not sure how everyone is stating they get a discounted amount on a out of conract phone. Oh well.
Because when you purchase an out of contract phone you get a $25/month discount on your More Everything smartphone line access fee. Over 2 yrs that amounts to a $600 discount.
