Nickname don't match PDF statement

In the past, my monthly statement would show the nickname of the individual line/phone number.

I recently (about 2 months ago) moved 3 additional lines onto my account and I add nickname to these three new devices/lines, however on my monthly statement, these 3 new lines remains unchanged.

Example, from main page (overview), I confirm the change on device/line nickname.

Nickname1
Phone number1

Nickname2
Phone number2

Nickname3
Phone number3

Nickname4
Phone number4

However on my monthly statement, I am only see below

Nickname1
Phone number1

Nickname1
Phone number2

Nickname1
Phone number3

Nickname1
Phone number4

I tried all the links I can think of, but I couldn't find where to make the change or sync.

Daverizon,we know how important it is to manage your account and we definitely want to make sure that your devices' nicknames are set up properly. Please tell us, how did you edit the nicknames for your three new lines? Was this done via the My Verizon app or the desktop site? To be sure, are the original devices' nicknames still showing up correctly?

Hi Laura,

I did the change on desktop browser (Google Chrome and Safari).

The steps are following:

From main page, I move the mouse over to Bill => select Bill Overview => Scroll down and Expand the Name (phone number) => Click Manage Device =>
Scroll down to "Manage device" section and click "Edit device nickname"

from the popup window, entered Name and click "save"
