Did a trade in of 2 phones. $800 credit each. One phone was not available and had FindMy on. Sales told me to order now. iphone 13 pro's on backorder. has 2 left. HIGH PRESSURE SALES. I can call back and process the second return.
Called 1 (800) 922-0204. Message told me 5 minute wait went through prompts and then it informed me there was a 25 minute wait. waited 30 minutes and system hung up on me. Tried again. Waited over an hour. See the screenshot in case Verizon doesn't believe me.
Tried to schedule a callback. Told me times available. Asked the recording to schedule me for that time. Told me that time is taken.
Still no response. Called sales. THEY ANSWER. Tried to process return through them. they couldnt help. Transferred me to customer service 28 minutes still on hold.
I would like to be done, but not sure what to do.
