So correct me if I am wrong... it appears Verizon has completely done away with any meaningful tech support. I'm paying premium cell phone rates for no support at all. You can not call or even chat without getting into a "digital assistant" (Read: we don't give a garbage about you and could care less about your problem - we are just in this for the money you sucker)
Does anyone know anyway to get ACTUAL tech support?
