***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. No phones - several days without resolution

Really frustrated with Verizon. I've contact their customer service repeatedly and nothing has been resolved. Verizon needs to do better and implement systems and processes that allow their customer service reps to resolve issues in a timely manner.

My husband and I ordered new phones via curbside pickup. Our order was CANCELLED BY VERIZON because they couldn't fulfill the order. We've been unable to reorder phones and have them shipped to us because it says we have a pending order. This has now been several days and when we contact customer service (with VERY LONG Hold times) or chat times - they basically say they can't do anything. At this point, I think I should be able to get out my contract.

I've never had a good experience with Verizon. When we originally signed-up with them, they overcharged us by over $500 and it took 6 months to resolve.
