I have been in touch with the trade in specialist team for 4 business days now. UPS shows delivered to their warehouse at the beginning of Nov and still no credit has been applied to my account. And the worse case today, I was on the phone waiting for someone for over an hour and finally someone got with me to supposedly not hear me, but funny they called me back only to be disconnected. So, waiting again for someone to help me with my ticket 7624290. IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM THAT THE WAREHOUSE LOST MY PHONE! This is TERRIBLE customer service and hate to put it out there but am as we are a military family and if they treat us like this, I can only imagine the treatment received for those that are not!
Supposedly the monthly credit for the last three months will be applied to my next bill (retro) and also received an added $40 credit. Will believe when I see it. If not resolved, will be filing a complaint with the BBB.😠

Hello Kevin, been messaging with Jose. Hope all gets resolved now that I have spent HOURS on the phone with multiple trade-in specialists. Until I actually see that credits have been applied, I want this post to stay open.
On the phone again with trade-in dept as I have yet to see $40 credit in Verizon app/my account and also checking to see if the monthly trade-in credit is listed to come out next billing cycle. 😠😠
I do apologize for this issue arising as to the device not being checked in and checked in yet. I can understand how this can be a concern for you as you submitted the Trade-In. In addition, I apologize for the recent experience that you had online and the call dropping. I can understand your frustration.

I received text that I will be receiving $40 credit and the trad in credit of $22.91 retro (3 months) and then it will show going forward but NOTHING and talked with a Louis yesterday and he was absolutely RUDE by constantly cutting me off and talking over me! When all this is done with the monthly payments for new phone, I will be going to another carrier and taking my husband along with me. FRUSTRATED AND FED UP!
