Not eligible for a payment arrangement

I owed over 500.00, and was on a payment arrangement and I completely forgot. I usually get a text, and I didn’t. I tried calling automated and it says I missed my arrangement and I’m not eligible for automated or with an agent. I’m not sure what to do...I just paid 150.00, but I can’t have my phone shut off.

You can call financial services to set something up. Next time make a calendar event instead of relying on text messages.

You never get through to a human, so they disconnect your service. Probably intentional.
