From the sounds of it this is a growing problem.
- I am eligible
- I followed directions from both desktop and mobile app and it does not show up.
- I do not have any Disney+ app previously downloaded, have not started a trial on my own, etc.
- Sounds like customer service has been poor for this.
Can anyone advise on what to do??

Your online account could be restricted. Unless you're registered as owner or been granted manager status, it's not going to show up.
Signed up at launch and so far everyone I walked through were up within minutes.
