ONEBILL De-Enrollment -- Issues with Process

I am currently having significant issues with trying to de-enroll my #wireless lines from #ONEBILL. I tried using the online site to process the de-enrollment; however, I received an error message stating that "the mobile number and MAN are invalid."

I called 1-800-VERIZON next. I spoke with a representative, Marie, who told me that she could not process the request, and it needed to be handled by the ONEBILL department. She said she would transfer me; however, I ended up speaking to Amanda, also in customer service, who told me that I was not transferred properly.

I have since been transferred and am on hold (estimated wait time is 1+ hour) to speak with a representative.

Could sure use some help on how to either make the online site work or how to get to a human being who knows how to handle my question.

Re: ONEBILL De-Enrollment -- Issues with Process

After about 90 minutes, I was connected to Alan (Edwin), who identified as an agent for Internet/FIOS/Home services. He asked why I was calling, and I explained to him that I wanted to de-enroll my wireless phone service from my ONEBILL. He informed me that I would need to speak to Verizon Wireless. He is now trying to connect me to the VZW agent.
