I was sent an email that I could get 150 off of a smartwatch with a code at the end of my order. So order went through. This was a in store pick up. The person in store did not process the pick up correctly so the system thought the order was canceled which it wasn't. Was told over the phone that I need to.come back in and they would take care of everything and they would make sure I would get my 150 off the device. In the end after more than an hour in store they said they couldn't do it. Mind you it's not my fault that they didn't do their job correctly but I also didn't get what I wanted. So next day I called in. One person said yeah they could get the 150 added and I had to be transferred to another department to make that happen. After almost 2 hours on the phone still she said she couldn't add the offer that it was no longer available. I asked for a supervisor who had me on hold and just up and left and went to a funeral. Yeah right. So while I'm on the phone I go into my account and was able to order the same watch again and apply the same offer. The same one she was not able to find or apply. I'm livid. I've been with this company for x amount 9f years and have various lines of service. All I want is what I was offered. Nothing more. Why would I pay twice the amount for the watch when other places have it for way cheaper. That's why I chose the offer. I need answers.
