On hold for over going on an Hour and a Half!

Not only have I been waiting for an over an hour on hold trying to activate a device, but when trying to use the chat feature there are ten minute response gaps for every question. My wife has ATT and despite what everyone has said about ATT customer service, she had everything taken care of in 15 minutes while an hour later I haven't spoken to anyone! This is absolutely ridiculous and is the 3rd time. It may be time to make that switch.

At 3:55pm I have been on hold for 2 hours and 6 minutes. I will be returning my device and switching providers. Verizon customer service keeps getting worse.
