I don't know how else to put this out there - Verizon doesn't appear to provide an opportunity to send suggestions or complaints. I like to set-up my payment as soon as I receive the bill from Verizon, but I like to make payments on the due dates. Verizon provides just a two-week window for post-dating a payment and the due date is three or four days beyond that two-week window when Verizon issues the bill. Thus, I have to wait three or four days to set-up the on-line payment and risk forgetting to set-up the payment. Verizon, how difficult can it be to extend that window through the due date?
