"I've had an old Home+ internet bundle that was deactivated a few years ago. PROBLEM is: my One Verizon ID is not disabled when my linked account was closed.
It's causing a problem because not I cannot sign up for the Mobile+Home discount because the mobile account only recognizes the old deactivated FIOS home account instead of my new one."
