A month ago, I transferred my and my wife's phone from visible to Verizon to get $500 gift cards.
But, mine was successfully transferred but, my wife could not. So, I chatted with customer service to transfer my wife's phone number. The problem is my\ and my wife's lines are separately transferred, and I cannot combine two lines under my account. So, I cannot get benefits such as unlimited two-line discounts and autopayment discounts.
So far, I have visited the Version multiple times and called, and no one can solve my problem...
