The Verizon agents tell me they will help, they will make it better...then it never happens. I have spoken with at least 12-15 agents - voice and chat.
What is happening to Verizon. Long time customer, have never had an issue. Now, I don't know what is happening or why any company would treat a loyal-for-more-than-a-decade customer like this.
