Order Processing

I ordered a new phone 4 days ago, and the email I got said that I should have it in 2 days. However it has said that my order is processing for the last few days. I’ve ordered countless phones from them and have never had this issue. Anyone have an idea what the problem might be? Also, is there any way to cancel it if it doesn’t get shipped out soon?
