I tried to place an order for the iPhone 13 pro it was back ordered and the in store pick up dates were not going to work for me. So I canceled the order. The online rep said the order was canceled and I should be able to reorder a different device. Well nope. I tried to order a new device and it says upgrade in progress order pending. Ummm no that order was canceled days ago. I’ve been reading on these forums that this process is a nightmare to no avail. Has anyone figured out how to get the Verizon reps to get rid of the order pending glitch fast? At this point I’m looking into other phone carriers because it’s not worth my time and effort when I’m trying to give them more money for an upgrade.
