My order for the IPad 12.9 2021 version is on hold, saying something is wrong with my payment. My next bill has a charge for that pending order, so this is concerning. I ordered on May 1st. I called and she tells me it is on back order and to give it time. If so, why is it saying there was a payment issue when I go to track the order? Please help!
