I have an additional 100 dollars in charges for a misdial international call. I have been on phone requesting to block this feature and Verizon has no way apparently. Even if I do not need any international call facility - they just can’t block it. Seems to me that it’s a deliberate decision as ATT and others do offer this option. I have been with Verizon with 10 years and rarely do I even check the bill but 100 usd extra caught my eye and I don’t think they have been of any help so far.
I have the same concern and am online chatting with a rep who does not have a solution, other than adding the global plan to the account, so accidental dials incur lower rates.
