Does anyone know why after you speak to a live rep and they tell you about how messed up your bill is but you never see the new bill come across.
I am new to Verizon and have never experinced this anywhere. My sales rep that i dealt with set me up perfectly BUT then i get my first bill and it is $498 versus what i can see as my second bill of $157.
